Candidates should have minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS modules.
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HRMS solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
Proficient in studying the user requirements and configuring the above functionalities within the solution. Proficient in designing innovative solutions to meet business needs. Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support.
Ability to prepare test scripts and conduct functional testing for HR modules. Configuration of Solutions for Statutory Requirements if applicable
