Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Technical Business Analyst to support our Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work closely with developers, BI teams, and data engineers to deliver analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through meetings and discussions with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories).
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Perform system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate delivered solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including workflows, reports, and change requests.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of Data Analytics, BI concepts, SQL, and basic data modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Superset, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries for analysis and validation.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1.5–2 years of relevant experience (Technical BA / BI Analyst / Data Analyst).
