Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, meeting sessions to elicit detailed requirements.
- Map current and future state business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Define and document user stories, functional requirements, and use cases.
- Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.
- Validate solutions against business requirements and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD) and related documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and manage expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- CBAP Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques (SWOT, cost-benefit analysis, root cause analysis).
- Strong understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with business modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
