REQUIRED SKILLS:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, meeting sessions to elicit detailed requirements.
  • Map current and future state business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Define and document user stories, functional requirements, and use cases.
  • Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.
  • Validate solutions against business requirements and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD) and related documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and manage expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • CBAP Certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques (SWOT, cost-benefit analysis, root cause analysis).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with business modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
