Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in handling day-to-day IT issues. The candidate should be familiar with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, and should be able to support users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard applications (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
  • Must be familiar with Zoom, Teams and Google Meet
  • Support basic network issues including connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation of incidents and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and support.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
