Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in predictive analytics, correlation analysis, model development, and computer vision, with practical experience integrating AI/ML solutions into applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications
• Build predictive models and perform correlation and statistical analysis on large datasets
• Develop and optimize Deep Learning models for structured and unstructured data
• Implement NLP solutions, including text classification, entity recognition, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI
• Build Computer Vision solutions such as image recognition, object detection, OCR, and video analytics
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Build Agentic AI workflows for intelligent automation and decision-making
  Integrate OpenAI or similar LLM APIs into applications
• Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization for production deployment

Required Skills

Education / Experience:

16 Years education with 2–3 years of hands-on experience

Programming & Tools:

Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain or similar frameworks

Data Handling:

Experience with large datasets, feature engineering, and model optimization

Communication & Behavioural Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to handle complex AI projects independently
