What You’ll Do

  • Configure HRMS processes in the Oracle EBS application, including testing and documentation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules, such as:
    • HRMS Modules: Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, Self Service, Learning Management
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist users in validating system functionality.
  • Conduct Analysis session, Design Future Process. Document functional setups, test cases, and end-user training material.

 

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in Human Resource Management & Accounting (BBA/MBA/BS/MS).
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS application, including Fast Formula Creation, Workflow builder and WebADI
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
